Safety Precautions
Please arrive wearing a mask, please shower prior to arrival, be sure to bring inside only what is needed i.e. cell phone, keys and wallet/purse. Only one person allowed in the suite besides your therapist.
Policies and Procedures
All customers must provide card number, expiration date and CVV code at time of online scheduling. Groupon customers and prepaid customers must send a voucher number or receipt at time of scheduling and must call or text to schedule. Groupon customers as well as prepaid customers that paid prior to the shut down will not be able to schedule online. If you must cancel or reschedule, please do so 24 hours prior to appointment time. No shows will result in 50% charge of session or redemption of Groupon voucher. Same day rescheduling will result in a $25 fee unless in case of medical emergency. Please arrive no sooner than the time of your appointment as all sessions will began 15 minutes after to allow time for intakes day consultation.
